Simple way to keep you healthy is proper diet and regular exercise. We have to work out daily. This will have a great impact on your daily work. I f we work out in the morning and go to work, we will definitely feel some freshness and our work will be very great. The common mistake most of us commit is, dropping the work out and continuing it after some days. WE should stop the exercise unless otherwise we are sick. The stopping of exercise will definitely affect our stability. We might lose our consistency. This will definitely affect our overall performance.
